In 2007, Scott Duke began building a Microsoft CRM practice focused on delivering effective, scalable solutions for businesses. Over the years, the practice grew substantially, expanding its client base to include numerous enterprise organizations.

For more than 17 years, Scott led the Dynamics 365 practice at Dynamic Methods Technology Company, developing deep expertise in Microsoft business applications and cultivating a strong, long-standing customer base. Today, that experience continues to shape our approach to delivering innovative CRM solutions and exceptional service to our clients.

From CRM Practice to Technology Partner

Toward the end of 2016, Scott acquired the practice from Dynamic Methods, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the business.

On January 1, 2017, the company was rebranded as HD Dynamics. What began as a continuation of the existing practice quickly evolved into something much larger.

Over the following six years, HD Dynamics grew into a true technology company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The team expanded its expertise across the Dynamics 365 platform and its products, supporting a wide range of modules, including Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management, while also expanding its services to government and commercial organizations.
